Among many quality arts programs, the Utah Humanities Council also has a Motheread/Fatheread literacy program for children 0 to age five. Through reading and discussion of excellent,multi-cultural children's books, parents are encouraged to use their imaginations to connect universal themes, values, and ideas to their own lives and families.
